The Meyn Flex cut up system is designed to enhance processors’ yield, provide more flexibility and uninterrupted product flow in combination with low maintenance costs, ease of use and an absolute minimum of downtime. The system provides top performance both in accuracy and quality of cuts while handling 6,000 birds per hour. 

 

The cut up modules are suspended from the overhead which can be configured according to customer’s layout and specific product flow. Furthermore, basic weighing and vision grading functionalities for whole grillers can be integrated in the line.
