Automatic tray sealer machine in line available with optional equipment to give high performance and flexibility to the customer's requirements.

 

Reeflex & Reematic 250 has the twin chamber for an highest production out-put. The twin chamber permit to have from 2 to 8 tray in the die set. Specially designed for industrial purposes where speed and high flexibility (rapid mould change) is needed.

 

Stainless steel frame, control panel on arm, PLC programmable with 15 programs to record, provided with software programs available to connect different equipment and devices such as de-nester, dosing unit and special in-feed and out-feed conveyors.

 

Possibility to extend the tray loading area according customer request.

 

Finally very important the machine is provided with an electric vacuum chamber lifting making a good saving in energy and in maintenance cost, jointly with less noise in work.
